* 2007 rates will be $85.00 per night in the new building and $65.00 per night in the old building plus applicable sales tax(currently 8%).
* There is a minimum stay required of three nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on Opening Weekend.
* Room number, type, or location requests will be accepted, but will not be guaranteed until room(s) have been guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.
* Reservations that have not been secured with a credit card or deposit guarantee by August 1, 2007 will be cancelled and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Cacellations will be accepted and deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made prior to September 1, 2007.
* Cancellations made after September 1, 2007, will forfeit the paid deposit in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Dogs are Welcome, Deposit of $20.00 is required.
